Job Description
Are you looking to propel major growth and operational excellence in Chennai? Are you a highly skilled, results-oriented, and strategic leader with a track record of effectively managing and optimising end-to-end manufacturing operations in a dynamic plant environment?
seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Chennai. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the overall P&L, strategic direction, operational efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement of the plant. You will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the plant achieves its strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
complete responsibility for the plant's profit and loss, including capital expenditures,
revenue, cost control, and profitability.
Control every facet of plant operations, including logistics, supply chain, quality, production, and maintenance.
Make sure that all Indian local, state, and federal laws and regulations are followed.
Ensure amicable labour relations by successfully managing industrial relations.
Lead the plant operations' digitalisation efforts.
Qualification:
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and CMMS.
Education: Any BE/CIPET Degree
Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
