Equipment Engineer Building Smarter Production Techniques
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the assembly, leveling, and testing of new manufacturing machinery to make sure it satisfies all safety and performance requirements specified by the plant.
Predictive Maintenance: Create and carry out strict maintenance plans to avert unplanned malfunctions, making use of thermal imaging and vibration analysis when practical.
RCA: Oversee "War Room" investigations into significant equipment failures and apply Fishbone or 5-Why diagrams to put long-term technical solutions into place.
Troubleshooting: To enhance machine logic and cycle times, diagnose and adjust PLC programs and HMI interfaces.
Spare Parts Management: To guarantee high machine uptime without overspending on needless stock, optimize the inventory
of essential spares.
Optimization: Use machine data analysis to pinpoint bottlenecks and apply electrical or mechanical improvements to boost output and quality.
Compliance: Verify that every piece of equipment conforms with local safety laws and LOTO protocols.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
