Job Description:
The manufacturer's technical representative at the customer's location is known as the service engineer. Your main responsibility is to make sure that the company's machinery, whether it be a robotic arm, an industrial boiler, or a CNC machine, performs at its best during the course of its lifetime. As a mobile problem-solver, you oversee everything from installation and commissioning to client training and emergency repairs. The ideal applicant is a highly independent professional with the "soft skills" needed
to control consumer expectations and uphold brand loyalty in high-stakes situations.
Key Skills:
Mobility & Flexibility: The ability to work irregular hours and travel far (often 70%+) in order to meet client crises.
Multidisciplinary aptitude: The ability to interpret mechanical assembly drawings, hydraulic circuits, and electrical schematics.
Mastery of Diagnostic Tools: Proficiency with oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers, multimeters, and specialized diagnostic software.
Communication: The capacity to explain complicated technical terms to non-technical client employees.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
