Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Mechanical Assembly: To construct or fix machinery, assemble and fit metal components and subassemblies while maintaining precise alignment and tight tolerances.
Marking and Measuring: Mark workpiece dimensions in accordance with engineering drawings using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Operations: Carry out manual tasks like grinding, chipping, sawing, and filing. Use power saws and drilling tools in the workplace.
Maintenance & Repair: To avoid malfunctions, perform regular preventive maintenance on production equipment. Find worn-out components and replace them.
Pipe Fitting & Structural Work: Use a variety of joining techniques to design,
construct, and install structural metalwork and piping systems.
Safety Compliance: Follow shop-floor safety procedures, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and keeping your "5S" workspace tidy.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Diploma/ITI Graduation
