Job Description
Your Contribution:
Install and position complex work holding fixtures, chucks, jigs, and specialty equipment, among other aspects of machine setup for new or ongoing tasks.
Before giving the machine to the operator, machine the first part of a production run and measure it precisely using sophisticated inspection equipment to get First-Off Part Approval from Quality Control.
To provide a seamless transition between jobs, optimize the changeover procedure
to reduce setup time.
To standardize future changes, create and maintain comprehensive setup sheets, tools lists, and work instructions for every project.
To verify setup correctness, make use of all types of precision measuring equipment.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma or ITI Graduation
