Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process Design: To increase throughput and capacity, design, implement, and validate new equipment configurations, process layouts, and production techniques.
Bottleneck Analysis: To remove limitations and increase throughput, examine production data, locate bottlenecks, and create engineering solutions.
Defect Reduction: Implement permanent corrective actions (CAPA) after conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on production defects, scrap, and rework concerns.
Tooling and Fixtures: To guarantee constant product quality and operator ergonomics, design, acquire, and validate production tooling, jigs,
and fixtures.
Layout Management: To enhance material flow and operator safety, optimize the physical arrangement of the factory floor, equipment, and workstations using Lean concepts.
Training: Educate and assist supervisors and production operators on new procedures, tools, and quality requirements.
Soft Skills:
outstanding analytical, diagnostic, and methodical problem-solving skills.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication abilities.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
