Engineer with Paintshop Facilities Maintenance Expertise
Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Provide expert technical support for all paint shop utilities and equipment, including industrial robots, automated spray machines, pumps, heat exchangers, filtration units, and conveyors.
Oversee the calibration and preventative maintenance of the paint application robots to guarantee exact route accuracy and consistent spray quality.
Maintain the pre-treatment
and E-coat tanks' piping, filtration, and chemical dosing pumps in good operating condition.
Test and maintain fire suppression systems in oven zones and paint booths.
Accurately document all maintenance processes, part usage, and system performance data in the CMMS.
Participate in the commissioning and installation of new paint shop equipment or major system improvements to guarantee dependability and performance before production takes over.
