Job Description
What you do:
Demand Analysis: Analyze sales estimates, customer orders, and historical data to determine future production requirements and materials demands.
Capacity Planning: Conduct frequent capacity requirements planning to proactively identify bottlenecks in machinery or labor and provide remedies to sustain smooth workflow.
Inventory Optimization: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stock-outs while minimizing excess inventory and associated carrying expenses.
Process
Flow Optimization: Analyze production flow, layout, and scheduling tactics to uncover opportunities for ongoing improvement in efficiency and responsiveness.
Performance Reporting: Create and deliver thorough reports on important PPC indicators, such as inventory levels, lead times for production, and schedule adherence.
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
