Engineer Paintshop Maintaining for High Equipment Uptime
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Robot & Applicator Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate paint-spraying robots and high-speed bell applicators to ensure consistent spray patterns and thickness.
Pre-Treatment & CED Line: Oversee the maintenance of chemical tanks, filtration systems, and the CED process to ensure proper coating adhesion.
HVAC & Control: Manage AHUs and booth air balance systems to maintain strict temperature, humidity, and dust-free conditions.
Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of curing ovens, burners, and heat exchangers to ensure uniform temperature distribution and prevent "under-cure" or "over-cure" defects.
Conveyor Systems: Troubleshoot and maintain specialized paint-shop conveyors, including Skillet, overhead monorail, and Power
& Free systems.
Waste Management: Maintain the paint sludge handling system and ETP components connected to the paint booth.
Breakdown Analysis: Lead RCA for paint defects related to equipment, such as cratering, orange peel, or dust inclusions.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
