Engineer Maintenance Professional for Paint Shop Utilities
Job Description
Responsibilities:
In order to maintain the exact temperature, humidity, and airflow needed for clean room paint applications, supervise the upkeep and balancing of Air Handling Units (AHUs), blowers, exhaust fans, and filters.
Oversee the maintenance and effective functioning of chemical dosing and sludge removal systems within the paint booth and preparation facilities.
Using the CMMS, create, implement, and monitor comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all utility and ancillary paint shop equipment.
/>Ensure all utility operations and emissions conform with local environmental rules and safety standards.
Help with the technical requirements, installation, and commissioning of any improvements or new utility equipment in the paint shop.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
