Job Description
From idea to production launch, the Tool Design and Development Engineer is in charge of the design, development, and validation of production tooling (molds, dies, fixtures, jigs). This position makes sure that all engineering and safety requirements are met while designing tools for maximum manufacturability, accuracy, durability,
and cost-effectiveness.
Skills:
outstanding quantitative, analytical, and methodical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent project management skills for managing the tool lifecycle.
Proficiency in communication is essential when working with vendors, tool manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.
