Job Description
Your Contribution:
Demand Analysis: To ascertain material requirements and calculate ideal production quantities and lead times, examine sales projections, inventory levels, and client orders.
Detailed Scheduling: Take into account machine capacity, staffing levels, and material availability when creating and issuing daily/weekly production schedules for different work centers.
Inventory control: To avoid stock-outs and reduce excess holding expenses, keep an eye on raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
Coordination: To guarantee
that incoming material deliveries coincide with the production plan, work closely with the procurement/purchasing team.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cycle time, forecast variance, schedule adherence, and planning accuracy.
System Management: Preserve and update the ERP system's data integrity
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
