Engineer Create and Take the Lead in Modern Tool Design
Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
What You will do:
Design and Model: Based on material specifications and product needs, you will use 3D CAD software to design, model, and detail several kinds of production tooling.
Validate and Optimise: You will carry out technical inspections, such as basic tolerance stack-up analysis and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) analysis, to make sure the tool design ensures production repeatability
and quality.
paperwork and Control: You will manage modifications in the Product Data Management (PDM) system while creating and maintaining the necessary paperwork, such as Tool Design Records, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and 2D manufacturing drawings.
DFM Collaboration: In order to guarantee that the tools are affordable, simple to maintain, and extremely dependable, you will actively work with the Production, Quality, and Product Engineering teams, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback.
