Engage in a Rising Brand AutoCAD Design Engineer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Technical Drafting: Using AutoCAD, produce intricate 2D layouts, assembly drawings, and "Shop Drawings" while adhering to industry standards.
Design Modification: Update and edit current drawings in accordance with manufacturing floor "Red-line" markups or quality department input.
BOM Generation: To make procurement and inventory management easier, create and maintain precise Bill of Materials inside the designs.
GD&T and Tolerance: Use GD&T and Tolerance to make sure that produced parts fit together precisely when they are assembled.
Standardization: To guarantee uniformity throughout all business tasks and save down on drafting time, keep a library of standard parts and blocks.
Cross-functional Cooperation: To make sure designs are "Manufacturable" and economical, collaborate closely
with production engineers and tool room specialists.
File management: To avoid using outdated designs, arrange and keep up a safe CAD database with appropriate version control.
3D Modeling: To visualize interference, carry out simple stress analysis, or support CNC programming, turn 2D drafts into 3D models.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
