Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
Duties:
PM/PdM Program: Create, enhance, and oversee the programs for predictive maintenance (PdM) and preventive maintenance (PM). To identify and stop failures, use methods like oil analysis, thermal imaging, and vibration analysis.
Technical expertise: Offer professional assistance in diagnosing and fixing complicated mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with industrial equipment.
RCA Guidance: Oversee and record formal root cause analysis (RCA) for
both catastrophic and chronic equipment failures, putting long-term fixes in place to stop them from happening again.
Continuous Improvement: Oversee maintenance-related CI initiatives aimed at cutting maintenance expenses, increasing technician productivity, and consuming fewer spare parts.
Standardization: To ensure uniformity and quality throughout the maintenance team, create and improve work instructions, technical requirements, and maintenance processes.
Compliance: Verify that all utility and maintenance systems adhere to local laws, rules, and QMS specifications.
