Job Description:
Electronic systems and components must be assembled, tested, troubleshooted, and repaired by an electronics technician. In order to convert designs into workable prototypes and guarantee that final goods fulfill quality standards, this position entails tight collaboration with engineers. The ideal applicant is a practical problem solver with the ability to use precision testing tools, navigate intricate circuit boards, and execute excellent soldering and rework.
Key Duties:
Put electronic systems and prototypes together using technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
to conduct functional testing on PCBs and electronic assemblies to make sure they fulfill performance requirements.
Locate and fix hardware flaws at the component level, such as defective integrated circuits, resistors, and capacitors.
Complete delicate PCB rework, wire harnessing, and high-precision Through-Hole and Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) soldering.
To facilitate ongoing quality improvement, accurately record test findings, maintenance logs, and failure reports.
To guarantee operational preparedness and safety, maintain and calibrate manufacturing tools and lab equipment.
