Responsibilities:
System maintenance includes creating, implementing, and updating the mold-specific SOPs, Tier-level papers, and Quality Manual.
Internal & External Audits: Oversee internal audit initiatives and serve as the main liaison for client quality audits and external certification organizations.
Non-Conformance Management: Manage the CAPA system and make sure that comprehensive and efficient root cause analysis are performed for molding flaws.
Risk management: Make sure that risks are minimized by facilitating and maintaining the FMEA for the product and
the molding process.
Compliance & Traceability: Make sure that all material traceability procedures are strictly followed, from batches of raw resin to completed molded parts and secondary activities.
Document Control: Ensure that the "latest version only" is accessible on the shop floor by overseeing the lifecycle of all technical drawings, master setting sheets, and quality records.
Required Skills:
Standard Expertise: In-depth familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 (Automotive), or ISO 13485 (Medical).
Audit Proficiency: Internal Auditor or Certified Lead Auditor with manufacturing experience.
Analytical Tools: Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D Problem Solving, and Mastery of the 7 QC Tools.
Software literacy: familiarity with quality-related ERP modules or QMS software (such as MasterControl, EtQ).
Experience: 3+ yrs
