Engage a Progressive Group Paintshop Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Provide expert technical support for all paint shop utilities and equipment, including automated spray machines, industrial robots, pumps, filtration units, heat exchangers, and conveyors.
Determine and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems with air houses,
chemical dosing systems, paint application robots, and curing ovens.
Maintain the pre-treatment and E-coat tanks' piping, filtration, and chemical dosing pumps in good operating condition.
Test and maintain fire suppression systems in paint booths and oven zones.
Accurately document all maintenance processes, part usage, and system performance data using the CMMS or a similar system.
