Job Description:
Responsibilities:
In-Process Quality Inspection: To find deviations from predetermined requirements, conduct routine hourly or batch-wise inspections of semi-finished goods right on the manufacturing line.
First-Off Inspection: Before full-scale production starts, confirm and approve the first piece made following a machine setup or shift change to make sure the process can create high-quality parts.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Compliance: Verify that the process parameters are within the designated control limits and that all operators are adhering to the proper job instructions.
Defect Analysis & Reporting: Keep thorough daily quality reports for management review,
and classify and document non-conformities.
Calibration Oversight: Verify that every measurement device utilized on the line is properly calibrated and operating.
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
