Key Duties
Learning how to use power tools (such as drill machines and pneumatic guns) and hand tools to fit, bolt, screw, or pad-bond components together is known as component assembly.
Learn to read and comprehend
fundamental technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions (SOPs) in order to comprehend the assembly procedure.
Verification of Quality: Use simple measurement instruments and conduct basic visual inspections to make sure that assembled parts fulfill the necessary requirements.
Soldering and Wiring: Acquire the fundamental skills necessary to solder or route electrical components, guaranteeing safe and hygienic connections.
To maintain a safe and effective working environment, line maintenance involves keeping the workstation neat and orderly in accordance with the 5S principles.
Strictly adhere to all occupational safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection.
