Full Description
Electronics Engineer Establish, Design, and Execute
Job Description
Research, design, development, and testing of electronic circuits, systems, and components are within the purview of the electronics engineer. From simple consumer gadgets to intricate industrial control systems, your job entails turning abstract concepts into working hardware. In order to make sure that every product satisfies performance, safety, and legal requirements, you will work on circuit design, PCB layout, firmware integration, and system validation. The ideal applicant is a critical thinker who solves challenging hardware problems by striking a balance between theoretical physics and real-world engineering.
Responsibilities
Circuit Design and Simulation: Create analog and digital circuit schematic designs and run SPICE simulations to confirm circuit behavior prior to physical prototyping.
PCB Design & Layout: Use programs like Altium, Eagle, or KiCad to design multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs) with the best possible signal integrity and temperature control.
Embedded Systems Integration: Work with software teams to create low-level
firmware or drivers and integrate microcontrollers (ARM, AVR, and ESP32).
Testing and Prototyping: To verify design specifications, construct hardware prototypes and carry out thorough testing with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
EMI/EMC Compliance: Make sure goods meet international EMC regulations (FCC/CE) by designing circuits to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI).
Root Cause Analysis: Use 8D or Fishbone analysis to apply design improvements while spearheading the technical inquiry into hardware malfunctions or field returns.
Skills:
Hardware Proficiency: In-depth understanding of power electronics and analog/digital circuit design.
Software Tools: Proficiency with simulation software (LTspice, PSpice) and EDA tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD).
Programming: Knowledge of Python for test automation and C/C++ for embedded devices.
Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of RoHS/WEEE environmental compliance and IPC standards for PCB design.
We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
