Job Description
Your Contribution:
Calibration: Accurately calibrate, test, and adjust a variety of field devices, such as temperature probes, flow meters, pressure transmitters, and level sensors.
Control Valve management is the upkeep, maintenance, and calibration of electric and pneumatic control valves as well as the corresponding actuators and positioners.
Motor Control: Assure correct rotation and overload protection by diagnosing problems with industrial motors, starters, and protective relaying.
Loop tests: Verify the operation of recently installed instruments and control logic
by performing pre-commissioning and commissioning loop tests.
Documentation: Keep thorough records in the CMMS of all calibration certificates, preventative maintenance logs, system configuration modifications, and repair histories.
Blueprint Interpretation: Proficiently read and comprehend loop diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and electrical schematics.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
Location: In And Around Chennai
