Job Description
Who you are:
Using common test equipment, calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters on a regular basis. Make that signals are correctly sent from field equipment to the Control Room (DCS/PLC) by performing functional loop tests. Examine, diagnose, and fix actuators and pneumatic and electronic control valves. Preventive maintenance should be carried out on motor control centers (MCCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs),
and LV/MV switchgear. Identify and fix problems in electrical circuits, such as contactors, relays, and lighting systems. To identify faults in automated machinery, monitor PLC ladder logic using laptop interfaces. Before doing maintenance on high-voltage or pressurized systems, strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout protocols to guarantee a zero-energy state.
