Job Description
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Calibration & Testing: To guarantee measurement accuracy, calibrate pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters on a regular basis using master calibrators.
Diagnose and fix problems with 4–20 mA control loops by determining whether the fault is with the I/O card, the cabling, or the field instrument.
Electrical Maintenance: Make sure all electrical assets are in optimal operating condition by repairing and maintaining lighting systems, motors, switchgear, and VFDs.
Maintenance of Control Valve: Replace and tune motorized and pneumatic control valves, as well as positioners and actuators
System Integration:
Help with PLC and DCS panel wiring and installation.
Blueprints and Schematics: To identify and address issues, read and comprehend intricate P&IDs and electrical SLDs.
Safety & LOTO: When operating in toxic or explosive settings, follow hazardous area classifications and follow stringent Lockout-Tagout procedures.
