E&I Technician Ensuring Systems' Longevity and Performance
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
In order to measure and regulate temperature, pressure, flow, and level, electrical and pneumatic instruments must be installed, calibrated, and repaired.
Electrical System Repair: Maintain and diagnose electrical distribution systems, such as variable frequency drives (VFDs), switchgear, transformers, and MCCs (Motor Control Centers).
Control Systems Support: To identify logic-related problems and guarantee correct signal transmission, collaborate with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Calibration and Documentation: To comply with ISO and safety regulations, periodically calibrate process instruments using master gauges and record the results.
Loop tuning: To guarantee steady and
effective process control, help adjust PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control loops.
Preventative Maintenance: To avoid expensive emergency shutdowns, carry out planned PMs to spot early indications of electrical deterioration or instrument drift.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
