Your Impact:
All electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems (PLC/DCS), and automation devices must operate safely, effectively, and dependably. You will be essential in reducing downtime, enhancing system dependability, and guaranteeing adherence to all quality and safety requirements. Strong technical proficiency in both electrical and instrumentation fields, demonstrated leadership qualities, and outstanding English and Tamil communication skills are all requirements for the ideal applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and oversee a group of electricians and E&I specialists, assigning work, offering technical advice, and guaranteeing excellent performance.
When
required, carry out practical repairs, calibrations, and adjustments on intricate E&I equipment.
Make sure the right protection, grounding, and earthing systems are installed and kept up to date.
Analyse cause and effect matrices, loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
Keep technical specifications, E&I drawings, and manuals current.
What you Need:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex E&I issues.
Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
