Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Execution: Ensure maximum productivity and technical accuracy by leading a group of E&I professionals in daily maintenance duties and project-based installations.
Project Planning & Scheduling: Prioritize work orders in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), create thorough work schedules, and make sure all supplies are accessible before beginning a project.
Safety Leadership (HSE): Serve as the E&I team's principal safety officer; carry out Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Risk Assessments; and guarantee complete adherence to Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
/>Commissioning & Startup: Oversee loop testing, motor solo runs, and interlock verification during the pre-commissioning and commissioning stages of new equipment.
Contractor Management: Keep an eye on outside contractors and vendors to make sure they follow all site-specific safety rules and that their work satisfies business quality requirements.
Required Skills:
Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated capacity to oversee, inspire, and guide a technical staff under duress.
Technical breadth: Excellent knowledge of both instrumentation (sensors, control valves, PLCs) and electrical (power systems, VFDs, motors).
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Project for scheduling and CMMS technologies (such as SAP and Maximo).
Regulatory Mastery: In-depth knowledge of industrial safety regulations and electrical codes (NEC/IEC).
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
