Job Description
Your Impact:
You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing the daily activities of the E&I maintenance team, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all electrical, instrumentation, and control systems within our facility. This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to optimizing maintenance processes and maximizing equipment uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee, inspire, and lead a group of E&I technicians by delegating work, establishing priorities, and keeping an eye on output.
Make certain that every maintenance operation is completed effectively, safely, and to a high standard.
Create and put into effect best practices and standardised troubleshooting
techniques.
To foster a strong safety culture, hold frequent toolbox discussions, site inspections, and safety briefings.
Ensure that essential spare parts are available while lowering holding costs by managing and optimising the spare parts inventory for E&I components.
Effectively assign personnel, tools, and equipment to different tasks.
What you Need:
Experience with CMMS/EAM software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
