Job Description
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Installation Inspection: To verify adherence to P&IDs and electrical layouts, physically inspect electrical equipment and instrumentation.
Examine and approve Quality Control (QC) records, such as Material Receiving Inspection Reports (MRIR), Loop Folders, and Calibration Certificates.
Testing Oversight: Observe and certify important tests, including instrument loop checks, insulation resistance tests, high potential (Hi-Pot) testing, and continuity tests.
Hazardous Area Verification: Examine equipment used in explosive environments to make sure it complies with IECEx or ATEX regulations, paying particular attention
to inherent safety barriers and flameproof enclosures.
Punch List Management: Find flaws and "non-conformances," make thorough punch lists, and monitor them until they are fixed.
Standards Compliance: Make sure that every work complies with particular project quality plans and international norms like NEC, IEEE, IEC, and ISA.
