Duties of Assembly Trainee Line Assemble
Job Description
The goal of the entry-level Assembly Trainee position is to acquire the core competencies needed to construct, fit, and install parts into final goods. Your main goal is to assist the production line by precisely and quickly assembling items by adhering to regular work instructions. You will gain expertise with power tools, hand tools, and technical drawings under the supervision of professional technicians. The ideal applicant is a perceptive, practical person who is dedicated to upholding high standards of quality, has a "safety-first" mentality, and is keenly interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Component Assembly: Learn how to assemble components using different techniques, such as gluing, clipping, screwing, or bolting, in accordance with assembly blueprints.
Tool handling: Get practical experience with both pneumatic and electric power tools (such as impact drivers and torque wrenches) and manual tools (such as screwdrivers and wrenches).
Quality Inspection: To make sure constructed items fulfill quality requirements, learn how to do visual inspections

and simple functional tests.
Blueprint Reading: Help with the interpretation of work instruction sheets (SOPs), basic assembly drawings, and diagrams.
Material Preparation: Assemble and set up the workstation with the hardware and components needed to meet the production goal for the day.
Line Support: Help senior assembly operators with challenging jobs, progressively assuming more autonomous duties as abilities advance.
Workplace Organization: Use the 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep your office tidy and secure.

Skills:
Mechanical aptitude: A love of working with your hands and an innate understanding of how components fit together.
Attention to Detail: The capacity to adhere to detailed instructions without omitting important quality or safety inspections.
The capacity to stand for the entirety of a shift and carry out repetitive tasks.
