Your Impact:
You will be in charge of planning, organising, and carrying out all maintenance tasks throughout our manufacturing plant. This entails managing a group of maintenance specialists and making sure that machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure operate as efficiently, dependably, and safely as possible. Your key objectives will be to reduce downtime, maximise maintenance expenses, and support ongoing enhancements to operational effectiveness and equipment dependability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee, guide, and lead a group of maintenance technicians.
To reduce production downtime, make sure breakdown maintenance is carried out efficiently and on time.
/>Restore equipment operation by doing manual repairs, component replacements, and adjustments as needed.
Work together with the procurement team to ensure that parts are ordered and delivered on time.
Encourage a workplace that prioritises safety and take an active part in safety initiatives and audits.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
