Job Description:
Assembling, testing, debugging, and repairing electronic systems and components are the responsibilities of the experienced technical expert known as an electronics technician. Working with delicate circuitry, spotting hardware malfunctions at the component level, and making sure electronic devices from consumer electronics to industrial control panels operate in accordance with design specifications are all part of your job. With the use of precision instruments like oscilloscopes and soldering stations, you will close the gap between engineering theory and actual hardware. The ideal applicant is a meticulous "maker" with a strong grasp of circuit behavior and a love for practical diagnostics.
Key Duties
Circuit Assembly & Prototyping: Solder surface-mount and through-hole components to printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic prototypes in accordance with schematics.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Test
electronic assemblies functionally to make sure they fulfill performance requirements; record test outcomes and spot variations.
Component-Level Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools to find malfunctioning capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits, or transistors in intricate circuits.
Calibration and Maintenance: To guarantee high-precision output, calibrate delicate measurement devices and maintain production machinery.
Reading Technical Documentation: To help with assembly and maintenance, decipher intricate circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and engineering blueprints.
Soldering & Rework: Carry out precise manual soldering and desoldering, including wire harnessing and BGA rework.
Equipment Repair: Fix or swap out malfunctioning electronic parts in a variety of systems, including industrial PLC modules, power supply, and communication devices.
