Your Duties:
Multi-Channel Support: Use email and real-time chat platforms to address consumer questions and grievances in a courteous and professional manner.
Data management: Correctly enter and update order details, client information, or technical logs in the backend database or CRM.
Troubleshooting & Resolution: Examine client problems using written descriptions and offer detailed fixes or troubleshooting manuals.
SLA & TAT Adherence: To uphold high service standards, make sure that every ticket or conversation is handled within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Turnaround Time (TAT).
Good Documentation:
Uphold excellent writing standards, making sure that proper punctuation, spelling, and adherence to company-approved templates and brand voice are all followed.
Reporting: Using written channels, create daily or weekly data on the volume of tickets, resolution rates, and typical customer problem issues.
