Job Description
The Tool Design and Development Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and validation of production tooling, fixtures, molds, and gauges required for high-volume and high-precision manufacturing processes. This role ensures that all tooling is designed for optimal performance, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with strict quality standards.
Key Skills:
proficiency
in CAD software for 3D modeling and drafting.
Strong working knowledge of various manufacturing processes.
In-depth understanding of material properties and heat treatment processes relevant to tooling longevity.
Proficiency in applying GD&T and interpreting complex engineering drawings.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
