Job Description
Your Contribution:
Machine Setup: Fill and empty the CNC machine with fixtures and raw materials. Install, mount, and modify the required cutting tools, holders, and inserts in accordance with setup sheets and project specifications.
Program Loading: For the necessary part, load, retrieve, and run the relevant CNC programs from the controller or network.
Blueprint Reading: To ascertain dimensions, tolerances, and finishing specifications, read and analyze engineering blueprints, schematics, and project orders.
Defect Identification: Find and notify the Supervisor or Quality
Control staff right once of any material flaws, machine failures, and non-conforming items.
Maintenance: Check fluid levels, remove chips, and keep a clean work environment as part of basic preventative maintenance on equipment (5S).
Troubleshooting: Identify and notify a CNC programmer or maintenance technician of any machine alarms, errors, or significant operating problems.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
