Develop a Milling Engineer From Concept to Reality
Job Description:
The Milling Engineer is a specialist technical profession responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of milling machines (Manual, CNC, or 3-to-5 Axis VMC) to make complicated components with great precision. Your role comprises selecting the optimal milling techniques, calculating cutting parameters, and ensuring that raw blocks of material are turned into finished parts that meet accurate engineering tolerances. On the shop floor, you will be the main expert on surface finish quality and toolpath optimization. The perfect applicant is a meticulous professional who is familiar with the subtleties of chip load, material removal rates, and the workings of different milling cutters.

Key Duties:
Machine Setup & Calibration: Set up milling centers by calibrating tool offsets and fastening workpieces with fixtures, vacuum

tables, or vises.
CNC Programming & Simulation: Create and improve G-code and M-code programs; simulate toolpaths and avoid machine conflicts using CAM software.
Milling Operations: Perform a range of milling operations on various axis configurations, including as contouring, slotting, face milling, and end milling.
Parameter Optimization: To balance production speed with tool life and part quality, compute and modify spindle speeds, feed rates, and depth of cut.
Quality Inspection: To confirm that dimensions correspond with the technical blueprints, use precise tools like depth gauges, micrometers, and CMMs.
Maintenance Management: Oversee the cleaning and lubrication of the milling machine and maintain coolant concentration levels to ensure optimal operation.

We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
