Deputy Manager of Technology Reliable Maintenance Plans
Job Description
Experience: 10+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Duties:
Team Supervision: Throughout all shifts, directly oversee and mentor the maintenance crew, guaranteeing excellent craftsmanship and prompt task completion.
Work Allocation: Use the CMMS to plan, allocate, and oversee work orders, daily and weekly maintenance schedules, and resource allocation.
Drive the application and
execution of predictive maintenance (PdM) strategies to reduce unscheduled downtime and foresee equipment failures.
Spare Parts Management: Work with procurement to guarantee timely availability and economical stocking levels while optimizing the inventory of essential spare parts for machines and molds.
Process Standardization: Create and implement technical standards and standardized maintenance protocols for routine maintenance chores.
