Job Description
Your Contribution:
Team management involves planning daily duties, overseeing shift rotations, and providing performance evaluations for a group of maintenance specialists.
Help the maintenance manager create and oversee the yearly maintenance budget, keeping an eye on expenditures for tools, replacement parts, and outside services.
To improve performance, safety, and dependability, assess, suggest, and oversee the implementation of technical upgrades and modifications to current equipment.
/>Assist the Procurement team in creating technical specifications for new capital equipment and key replacement parts procurement.
Ensure all maintenance records, work orders, service histories, and equipment manuals are appropriately updated and kept within the CMMS
Experience: 10 to 13 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech, EEE, Mechatronics
Location: In And Around Chennai
