Job Description
Experience: 9 to 12 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech, EEE, Mechatronics
What You will do:
Lead Technical Operations: You will directly supervise the maintenance team, overseeing the daily scheduling, execution, and closure of all planned, preventive (PM), and emergency maintenance activities for injection molding machines (200T to 1500T) and auxiliary equipment.
Drive Reliability and Efficiency: You will implement and refine the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategy, utilizing condition monitoring
and root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring failures to reduce downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Manage Resources and Budget: You will assist the Manager in managing the maintenance budget, controlling costs related to spare parts inventory, external vendor contracts, and internal labor allocation.
Ensure Compliance and Safety: You will ensure all maintenance activities, including work on high-voltage and hydraulic systems, strictly adhere to safety standards (LOTO), quality system requirements, and environmental regulations.
