Job Description
What you do:
Daily Management: Directly oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, making sure that engineering projects, maintenance tasks, and manufacturing schedules are carried out according to departmental objectives.
Troubleshooting: Lead cross-functional teams to swiftly clear bottlenecks and save downtime by acting as an escalation point for complicated technical or operational issues.
Continuous Improvement: Promote and lead efforts for continuous improvement, putting techniques like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,
and 5S into practice to reduce waste and maximize process effectiveness.
Training & Development: To guarantee competency and adaptability, determine the team's training needs and organize the required technical and safety training.
Reporting: Provide senior management with precise, timely operational reports, progress reports, and variance assessments.
Experience: 7 to 10 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
