Every aspect of production, from planning and resource allocation to quality assurance and team management,
will be autonomously managed and supervised by you. You will be the only one responsible for the performance of our production line, closely observing output, streamlining processes, and putting continuous improvement plans into action. The performance and profitability of our business will be directly and palpably impacted by your capacity to lead, mentor, and produce outcomes.
Experience: 10 to 13 yrs
