Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Using the tool list as a guide, load workpieces into fixtures or vises and install the necessary tools into the Automatic Tool Changer (ATC).
Workholding & Fixturing: To guarantee correct part orientation, set up and align vises, rotary tables, or bespoke fixtures utilizing dial indicators.
Quality Inspection: Use precision tools like bore gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers to conduct initial and recurring inspections.
Blueprint Reading: To verify part conformance, decipher mechanical drawings, including GD&T symbols.
Basic Programming: To optimize tool paths or adjust dimensions, make small changes to G-code and M-code
at the controller.
Regular Maintenance: To avoid downtime, clean the machine, control coolant concentrations, and make sure the lubrication system is operating properly.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
