Job Description
Responsibilities:
To fulfil production goals and quality requirements, oversee and plan production activities during designated shifts.
Lead and inspire production teams while offering direction and assistance to guarantee smooth operations.
Keep an eye on manufacturing procedures, spot areas for development, and take appropriate remedial action when necessary.
Maintain a safe workplace and make sure that safety rules are followed.
Effectively manage and distribute resources, such as labour, supplies, and machinery.
Skills:

expertise working in a manufacturing setting as a supervisor or shift in charge.
strong team management and leadership abilities.
outstanding knowledge of the machinery and industrial procedures.
the capacity to efficiently troubleshoot and fix production difficulties.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE
