Job Description:
The Line Incharge (QC) is in charge of making sure that every product produced on a particular production line satisfies both customer requirements and the company's strict quality standards. This position entails keeping an eye on the production process in real time, conducting inspections at different phases, and making quick "Go/No-Go" judgments to stop the flow of faulty goods. As the last gatekeeper of product perfection on the shop floor, the ideal candidate is a meticulous professional
with a thorough awareness of sample plans, measurement procedures, and root cause analysis.
Key Skills:
Technical literacy is the ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Measurement expertise is the ability to use precise tools such as digital micrometers, CMMs, and profile projectors.
Quality Frameworks: Excellent familiarity with Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or IATF 16949 (for automotive).
Decision-Making: Despite production pressure, the capacity to stop production lines when quality is threatened.
