The thorough setup and optimisation of CNC machines to create high-precision components in accordance with technical specifications would be your responsibility as a CNC Setter based in Chennai. This crucial position entails analysing technical drawings, choosing
and setting up tools, modifying machine settings, and making sure the first-off part satisfies exacting quality requirements. To increase productivity and preserve product quality in a high-volume production setting, you will learn how to optimise machining procedures, solve setup-related problems, and collaborate closely with operators and programmers.
