Job Description
Who you are:
Ensure proper orientation and stability by carefully inserting and aligning all required cutting tools, inserts, and holders into the machine turret or tool changer. Use an edge finder or tool presetter to precisely fix all tool offsets and work offsets on the machine control panel. To fit the particular setup and job run, load, check, and make
small changes to current CNC programs. Run the initial portion of a fresh batch while keeping a careful eye on the machining procedure to make sure the program runs effectively and safely. Carry out routine maintenance duties pertaining to tool inventory management and machine cleanliness.
