Job Description
Key Skills:
Advanced Blueprint Reading: The capacity to perceive 3D components from 2D printouts and a thorough understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
The ability to read, change, and troubleshoot CNC programs at the controller (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, etc.).
Metrology Expertise: Proficiency with high-precision measuring instruments, such as height masters, air gauges, and bore gauges.
Mechanical Logic: A thorough comprehension of "Speeds and Feeds" for different materials, such as titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Solving problems: The capacity to "think like the machine" in order to determine
why a component is beyond tolerance.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
