Job Description
What you do:
CAM Programming: Utilize Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software to generate efficient and validated tool paths from 3D models and technical drawings.
G-Code Generation: Create, test, and modify machine control programs for multi-axis CNC machines
Feed/Speed Calculation: Determine and apply precise cutting speeds and feed rates to achieve maximum efficiency and quality while preventing tool chatter or breakage.
Troubleshooting: Provide
technical support to CNC Operators on the shop floor to resolve program-related issues, optimize cycle times, and minimize machine downtime.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including setup sheets, tool lists, and operational instructions.
Experience: 5+ yrs
Education: Any ITI or Diploma Graduation
Salary: Negotiable for Experienced
