Job Description
Experience: 6+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Any ITI or Diploma Graduation
Duties:
Programming: Create, write, and modify intricate CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers using CAD/CAM software or directly at the machine.
CAM Software: To create and post-process machine tool paths from 3D CAD models, use sophisticated CAM software.
First Article Inspection: Work closely with
Quality Control to ensure that the part satisfies all dimensional criteria and specifications (GD&T) while supervising the first machine setup and running the first article part.
Program Storage: Oversee and keep up a revision control system for all setup sheets, CNC programs, and other paperwork.
Continuous Improvement: To consistently raise part quality and efficiency, troubleshoot process problems and make program adjustments.
