Software Mastery: The ability to use at least one industry-standard CAM program (such as Mastercam) at an expert level.
Advanced GD&T: A thorough grasp of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing to guarantee that programs satisfy vital flying or medical-grade requirements.
Material science: Understanding feeds and speeds for a variety of materials, including polymers, Inconel, and aerospace-grade titanium.
G-Code Fluency: The capacity to manually read and modify G-code "at the machine" in order to optimize a procedure.
Experience: 5+ yrs
